We contacted several agents when we decided to sell our home. Kathy was the only one to have gone to city hall and noticed that we had three outstanding building permits. That put her over the top with us. It was a hassle to close those permits (3 months), and we're sure if we had to deal with that issue near the closing, it probably wouldn't have happened.
